the recruiter got back quickly to my email, phone interview went fine . second interview asked to do a project and research and a video chat to talk about my research. sent in my research as requested 3 hours in advance and when we go to talking she told me i would not be moving forward to third round. honestly. she could've just told me via email and not waste my time.
