Interview
Interviewed with CSM lead, and then had to a complete a take home assesment. Following the take home assessment, I had to meet with two team members to ensure a "culture fit". Ultimately, I didn't get the offer but everyone was friendly. I would say they were pretty disorganized, and didn't get a sense that they were communicating on the back end -- ended up having the same conversation and interview 3x. Little to no transparency about next steps, what to expect, etc.

The hiring manager was unprofessional and rude. I could tell 5 minutes in that no matter what I said, she wouldn’t accept me, I put in time and work to prepare so so felt defeated.

Interview
I First met with HR, then the hiring manager, next the director and final QBR presentation. Overall it was a pretty slow process, took a week+ for each and the interview questions were odd. I am used to behavioral/situation based questions. A lot of these questions were “what are your strengths, what are you looking for in company culture, why should we hire you”
