Overall positive interview experience. Met with the hiring team, hiring manager, board members and other senior leaders. Nice mix of conversation and standard, behavioral questions. I came away impressed with the opportunity and colleagues that this role works most closely with.

Process started with a recruiter call, followed by a call with the hiring manager, a case study, then an "onsite" via zoom including a panel presentation of the case study and two more interviews. Finally I met with the leadership team member responsible for the role. Throughout the entire process everyone I met was kind, engaging and passionate about Carrot. The questions were thoughtful and reflect the values and priorities of the company. I walked away from the interviews having a very clear understanding of what the role would entail and how my skills would align with Carrot.
