First round was a fairly technical conversation with the recruiter. Learned a lot about the role and general expectations. Then the second round conversation was with the hiring manager and dover into the culture of the company, the tech stack, and the typical pattern of interactions that a data team member would experience. I was rejected about this round and the recruiter transparently told me it was primarily due to another candidate being further along, not necessarily due to my experience. Finally, I had a wrap up call with the recruiter where they shared feedback for me, which is immensely appreciated.
