Hiring was quick, generally 4 to 8 weeks. Involves application screening, a written test and an interview. The main focus during the interview was on the individual's behavioural competencies and managerial skils.
Full time position to be based in the field office. Candidates normally will go through a multi-stage process of selection, including written tests, face to face interviews/ or virtual interviews through microsoft teams. it was fair, started a little late. found a diverse team. every interviewee was given a time for the interview. I had no idea if the answers i gave pleased or displeased the panel. But i had hope and i tried to exude optimism during the entire interview.
