Interview
Following the application period, there were coffee chats for potential interview candidates. Within a few days of the coffee chats, you were notified as to whether you received an interview or not.
First-round interviews were conducted on-campus. There were two interviews back to back with managers, 45 minutes each. They each had a brief case in addition to some behavioral questions. I received a call about attending a final round within a week.
The final round featured a relaxed company happy hour at the office where they had beer and drinks for all the applicants, as well as food. There was plenty of time to speak with everyone in the office, all of whom were very welcoming and friendly. The interviews happened the next day and were a similar format to the first round, two interviews--back to back with managers, 45 minutes each. The entire process was extremely positive, I cannot emphasize the quality of this process enough.

Interview
Seemed like a great opportunity. Just had a first round interview that went seemingly well. However, the HR person called 15 mins late. At the end of the interview, I was offered a second round and promised an email explaining more of the case studies and topics covered within the following 3 business days. After a few weeks of silence, I was denied. Had I not been given an empty promise, this process would have been more professional.

Interview
I had an initial coffee chat round, followed by two rounds of 3x ~1 hours long interview rounds with consultants. The final round consisted of a happy hour with the team along with other people recruiting, with the final round of interviews the next day which was with partners at the firm.
