I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Centellic (London, England) in May 2017
Interview
First a phone interview, followed up by 2 face to face interviews.
The interview is generally quite relaxed and straightforward. The interviewer will ask you to describe your CV and personal interests in greater detail. Helps to know your CV inside out as well as being able to explain any gaps in employment.
Then the second part of the interview involves a role play, in which you are given 25 mins to read through material and sell subscriptions to a potential client. This was the most challenging element of the interview process, its important to stay calm and focus on learning a handful of key details and selling points rather than manically reading as much as possible.
A day later I was asked back and offered the role. However my offer was later withdrawn a week before my starting date (Costing me multiple other work opportunities) due to a supposed 'below quality reference', However when I contacted my references neither had provided a reference for LBR. They therefore lied and wasted my time. Avoid.

Very good and helpful 3 stage process. First stage is with HR, then Manager and then Team interview. No cons other than the time it takes: over 30 days end to end.
