1) Met first with the HR team for a straightforward 30 minute interview. 2) Next meeting was with a Director for an hour and was more experience driven and open-ended question about the role. 3) Once through that round, you are given an assignment case study to present to the VP and the Director team. Case study includes several questions about how you would approach their business as well as a sample data sheet to pull together slides for a mock QBR. Overall a straightforward ask, but having to put yourself in the shoes of a Centrical employee with no clear expectations of how you are to interpret the data. Stray observations: 1) Be honest with your potential new hires. I learned from a 3rd party recruiter that they closed the role and are not moving forward with the position. Clearly this is a trend that this company has been doing for years. You've been warned future interviewers. 2) Respond to thank you notes or acknowledge where you are in the process. Still awaiting information that the role is no longer available from the company. 3) If the other Glassdoor reviews about the company's future are true, keep your distance from this place as it's a waste of your time.

I went through the whole interview process, and after presenting, they did not get back to me for 4 weeks. Eventually I was told that the position did not open in Israel, but in the UK (around 6 weeks after the final interview), not clear why they would make a candidate go through the whole process and invest in a very tedious home assignment when the position is not certain. I would have never gone through the hassle if they would have been fair and told me since the beginning, I found this very disrespectful.
