The interview process consisted of a recruiter screen, then two follow up interviews with a Senior Director and associate. Each role differed in interview process it seems. The first one was a phone call, while the others would be via video. I was ghosted after the recruiter screen, and no follow ups, or decision were provided after following up myself.
