Certinia Senior Project Manager interview questions

I wrapped up the call in about 4 minutes. It was obviously a very, VERY junior role and it was frustrating to have taken the meeting and waste time. The recruiter talked at length about how amazing the company is, namely because they sent every employee a face mask with the company logo AND gave them $150 one time stipend to set up their home office. I thought this was silly, this was a senior IT role. These benefits would impress someone applying for a job delivering amazon packages, not a 6 figure salaried employee. Once the recruiter went on to describe how a senior PM would carry 10-15 projects, I realized this was not at all what I was looking for and did not continue the conversation. If it's a junior role, call it that. Don't advertise it as more and don't put up extremely high requirements for an entry-level role.
