Change Healthcare Director interview questions

Extremely lengthy, many steps, significant time expended to complete the process. Must research and prepare a presentation to several teams members. It was a lot of work for a position that was ultimately not offered.

Interview process started with an initial HR recruiter screening call. The recruiter essentially read from a script which proved to be a total waste of time. The next rounds of interview involved an informal conversation with the manager, followed by a team panel interview. I found the panel interview to be somewhat positive. The panel really focused on the STAR method, so it's a good idea to have some past experiences ready to explain. However, the HR side was atrocious. There were large gaps between communication and it was obvious that the recruiters are completely overwhelmed by the volume of hiring. I assume it is a glimpse into underlying chaos within the company. It was certainly off-putting for me as I'm fairly busy in my current job and have limited tolerance for anything that wastes my time.
