After applying for a job posting online, I received an email instructing me to use a link to schedule a pre-screen phone interview with a talent advisor . After doing that, I received a second email confirming my phone call time and stated that X person will call me at the phone number that I had provided. I received couple of emails later on reminding me of the appointment. On the day and time of the interview, no one called. I tried to reach out via phone and email to the person that was listed in all the emails with no success. I had never expected that from such a company that has a big name and reputation that it should be concerned about !!
