I was contacted by the recruiter via email, text, and phone asking to schedule a 15 min screening call. Tried twice to schedule- she responded too late the first time, then not at all the second time. I waited each time, not knowing if I would be called or not as they were never confirmed. Very unprofessional and waste of my time. Companies can't find top talent due to the labor shortage? I think the real problem lies with your recruiters. LOTS of missed opps I'm sure due to incompetence. You really need to screen your recruiters first.
