Interview
I found the interview process with Change Healthcare to be disrespectful and discouraging. I completed a phone review with the recruiter which went well. I was then scheduled to go into a second round interview for which I was ghosted. I never received the call. When I got back in touch with the recuiter it was as if they had no memory of me. I forwarded their previous emails, but never heard back. This does not reflect very well on the company. I was looking forward to writing maintainable code.

Interview
First phone interview was awesome and really made me want to get to the next step. Once the first interview was over with a recruiter from Nashville I had a phone interview with the hiring manager at the branch I applied for.
