I had a phone screen with a recruiter followed by a phone interview with a senior manager. I advanced to an on-site interview that consisted of a presentation followed by a series of 1-to-1 interviews.
The manager sent me a prompt (a mock exercise) specific to Change Healthcare’s business for me to respond to during my onsite presentation. It took a few hours to prepare as this was not my standard portfolio presentation.
During the onsite the senior manager said it would take two weeks for them to get back to me as I was the first of several candidates that they were interviewing. No one contacted me.
So, three weeks after my onsite I wrote the recruiter to ask whether they had selected a candidate.
I never got a response. Nothing.
I did, however, receive an email (addressed to someone who was not me) inviting me to participate in Change Healthcare’s candidate experience survey to “improve the
experience that we deliver to our external and internal employment candidates.”
