I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Change Healthcare (Nashville, TN) in Apr 2008
Interview
I was contacted by a corporate recruiter. The recruiter was polite, generally informed of the job, and helpful - however, the salary quote was off several thousand than the actual. After a phone interview (30-45 minutes), I was asked to come in for a interview. The onsite interview consisted of 1-on-1 and a small panel. Just basic questions on my employment and educational background, and some general situational questions. Having a knowledge of the revenue cycle management industry is definitely a plus.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Change Healthcare (Greentree, PA) in Dec 2019
Interview
Contacted by temp agency about position. Went in for interview. Arrived 15 minutes early and was told that I was to call when I was in the lobby. Contacted woman who I was scheduled to meet with numerous times and she didn't answer the phone. Finally found my way to where I was supposed to be and was helped by another employee who reached out to the interviewer to let he know I was there. She came down after 10 minutes and told me I was supposed to be there exaclty when the interview was set to begin. Negative look by interviewer when first meeting. Explained the position and asked two questions. After she asked if I had and questions. Asked a few questions and she stated that other interviers asked those questions already like I was wasting her time. Very unprofessional. Change Healthcare you really need to retrain Tanya with the title of Director (I don't understand how with that attitude) I never had such a bad experience on a interview before.
