Talked to a very nice recruiter last week who had no idea about the role and was clearly just reading off the job advert. Everything went well overall as I described how I would be fit the role. Said she will endorse me for the next step of the interview process. Second call came from another recruiter who pretty much asked the same questions and confirmed that this was the next step of the interview process. Interestingly enough the person mentioned that the individual I initially spoke with wasn't actually part of the company and was a headhunter. 2nd call went fine and took another 30 mins of my time with me saying everything I told the first recruiter. Was also given an English proficiency exam (the kind grade school students take) which I found interesting. Finally spoke to the company recruiter who finally had an idea about the role and basically told me that they were looking for someone else. TLDR: Talked to 3 people only to be told that they put put wrong info on the job advert. Horrible onboarding process.
