Interview
An employee recruiter for the company reached out to me to ask if I was interested in the position. We had a great interview, and after than, an interview was set up with the General Counsel. The General Counsel spoke mostly of himself and the youth of his legal team. He was dismissive and uninterested in me, likely because I was not "youthful" enough. I was not judged on my merits, nor was the GC interested in them.

Nothing of substance in the GC interview. Plenty of good questions in the screening interview, which was what led to the enthusiastic reaction of the screener/recruiter and the prompt set-up of my phone interview with the General Counsel.
