I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Change Healthcare (Port Arthur, TX) in Apr 2013
Interview
I was recruited while working for the Texas Health an Human Services Commission. The recruiter was very professional and pleasant. There was some preemployment testing. I only had one interview with the DM. I met and spoke with my coworker. In retrospect, I think she liked me because she would not have to use the language line to screen Spanish speaking patients anymore.

Interview
Phone interview with recruiter was very professional and enjoyable. Then first in person interview was a bit disorganized, whatever managers happened to be in the office that day gathered and asked some questions. Fairly easy. Second in person interview with higher management was a bit more pressing but fair.
