I had to take a personality test that I thought was not necessary. The whole process took about an hour. I was told that I would not have to stay past five. Boy was I wrong. I ended up staying past seven some nights with no overtime pay. I was not pleased about that. Very misleading.

I was called in to a room with 3 people: someone I assume was fellow representative, the manager, and a district manager. They took turns asking questions. They gave me the opportunity to ask questions about the company and postition. Most questions were behavioral based and asked about specific situations.

long and tedious and boring and unprofessional. It seemed as if they were not interested in filling in the position. Then, the worst! Poor training. management was horrible. Would not recommend this company to anyone. It was a waste of my time.
