I was contacted by a recruiter and went through a brief interview with her, then was scheduled with an interview via video conference. The interview went well and I would have loved working on the team as both of the women who interviewed me seemed very genuine. What made me decline was they we negotiated on salary but HR wouldn’t meet me at my salary expectation which was at market rate and the recruiters are dreadful. The first recruiter set me up for my group interview but provided the incorrect time and it was hard getting clarification on things as merits, benefits, and I was told only 16 days of pto per year which I think is very minimal as I work in healthcare and have a generous amount of time off. They also said the pto does not increase for two years
