I applied online. I interviewed at Change Healthcare in Jul 2022
Interview
Horrible
Was cheated by management
Was offered a job and then a week later was told someone else had been given it instead of me. no explanations provided.
They were unprofessional, non communicative. Plain frauds.
I have never felt so humiliated before.
I had read several reviews (Available still) that talk about how the management is. Still I trusted the process and only to find I myself was cheated.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Very basic about 'culture'. All a joke to be honest. They showed their true colors after withdrawing their job offer to me a week after giving it saying they gave it to a different candidate.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Change Healthcare
Interview
The interview process was structured and between 3 to 4 separate meetings. All meetings happened in less than a week and they responded with the results right away, which was a very pleasant experience.
No feedback, consistent calls and voicemails, would not show up to the interview time or show up late multiple times, would spam my phone, and so much more. Do not interview here. Please.
