Change Healthcare interview questions

Great feedback first interview, much in common plus I had the background to move right into the role immediately. Was promised an immediate contact afterward to set up the next interview. Silence. 2 contacts on my part resulted in ghosting. Months later Change reached out 3x to see either how the interview process went or my personal favorite - why I declined the role I wasn't offered. Responded to the first contact, not responding any longer.
