Change Healthcare Operations Analyst interview questions

The recruiter was late. When she did call she stated that she stated the salary and said she knows it is not very good. She is working with the manager to possibly raise it. That was the end. She did not interview me at all to decide if I am a good candidate. Perhaps if she did, she would have discovered I may or may not have been worth a higher salary. I wasted a weekend prepping for the interview only not to have one.
