Long phone interview with recruiter talking talking about the company and his work there. 30 min discussion with hiring manager. Indicated that I was a good candidate and he would arrange for interviews on site. Never heard back from recruiter or hiring manager. Why say that you are interested and never call back? Or at least say no in follow up email or call? Very unprofessional and negative.
