The interview process was made incredibly easy and without any anxiety by the Director of People Operations (HR Director). She was thorough in discussing my background and the added value to the company but also took the time to get to know me as a person to ensure I fit the company culture. This circularly made me feel very comfortable accepting the offer as I felt she had done her due diligence in understanding my personality as well!

Applied through employee referral. Received a recruiter call three weeks later. Informal conversation for the recruiter to tell me about the job. Then had phone call with hiring manager. Conversation was about background, product sense, technology, the work culture at CP. Everything seemed to go well and we agreed to meet up in person for a second conversation (manager wanted to get the "face-to-face" feel for candidates). That meetup was rescheduled twice, then eventually I was ghosted by both the hiring manager and the recruiter. I emailed recruiter once a week for three weeks. I also texted the hiring manager around the same cadence. Never heard back, not even for a "we have moved in a different direction."

Meeting at the WeWork Office in Munich. Relevant Manager introduced himself (total casual look - so better do not wear tie, max jacket with chino + dress shoes). Then he explained situation of company and market, upcoming projects and related challenges to the position.
