ChargePoint Regional Channel Manager interview questions

This is not a people centric business. Following the initial contact the recruitment team asked me for my availability over the next two weeks to schedule the first screening interview, but went dark for nearly 3 weeks. However once that first interview was scheduled it actually went quite well and the new recruiter committed to get back to me in less than 1 week. However frankly Chargepoint appeared to be pretty disorganised, and revealed an unhealthy apathy towards people, leaving it this time nearly 4 weeks before getting in touch once again (although with plenty of apologies!). They did want progress to a 1:1 with the hiring manager.. so that was booked for 1 week later. However remarkably the hiring manager was a No Show! The recruitment team got in touch the same day to explain that the hiring mgr had "business meetings to attend to" and wants to reschedule. This obviously left me wondering about whether I should continue. But the recruitment team were persistent in chasing me for a new date / time for the 1:1. So I sent them my availability for the next week. However they didn't seem to see that email, chasing me fairly aggressively one morning. And then less than 2 hours later, sent me another email explaining that their offer had been accepted by their candidate and therefore there would be no reason to continue. So for me, this company isn't a winner. I'd prefer to work for a company that authentically engages in a recruitment process and have at least a bit of empathy with candidates whose spend time & energy preparing for each step of the recruitment process. Perhaps this was a glitch, I can't tell. But IMHO for now this is one to avoid.
