I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Charlie Health
Interview
The recruiter was late to our call, the call felt rush and like she wasn't very interested in our conversation. The initial interview lasted maybe 15 minutes total. She let me know they were looking to move as quickly as possible and that the next step would be an IQ test. When I asked about growth she said there wasn't a clear career path. She scheduled me for the next round which was a zoom interview and also sent the test. I spent 45 minutes at least on the test. They then cancelled the interview and said that I would not be moving forward after all as I did not pass the test and then sent a generic rejection email. They clearly don't care about the candidate experience or value growth and transparency.
It was not a hard interview exactly, but the role didn't appear to have any growth. It was very much administrative work, and they did not express that there would be room for growth into talent acquisition or any other specialized roles.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Charlie Health (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2023
Interview
I had one phone screen (via video chat) with the recruiter. I could tell once we got to the salary portion that I was way out of their budget but it was a pleasant interview.
