I was contacted by a recruiter and invited to provide my availability for the following week, after which their "team" would be reaching out to coordinate an interview time. I provided my availability using their tool, confirmed via email, sent a follow-up message, AND left the recruiter a voicemail within about 10 days. Totally ghosted. I'm a recruiter, myself, and I've never ghosted a candidate, and I especially couldn't imagine doing so when my last communication with them was inviting them to interview. Based on the other reviews I'm seeing here, I'm not surprised and oddly sort of relieved that others have had a negative experience.

Interview
I applied in March and didn't get contacted until June.
The person who reached out to me told me they'd like to speak with me for about 15 minutes on a quick screen call, but then proceeded to confirm 2 different times with me and then ended up calling me at neither of those two times. Thankfully I had 15 min when the recruiter randomly called, but the call actually lasted closer to 35 minutes which was kind of frustrating because they should know better than anyone that 15 min on a recruiter's calendar is way different than 35 minutes.
I was told I'd be moving to the next round, a more official zoom call interview, after I completed a cognitive assessment that they use for inclicusion purposes. Not sure how a cognitive assessment provides inclusion, but ok. Well turns out this assessment is literally just 15 pattern matching questions using a grid with geometric designs that have a missing piece that you need to select the best fit from the provided options. Needless to say this likely didn't go well as a week later I received a rejection email without having done the official zoom interview.
Funny part is, the rejection email was from someone I never spoke with that claimed they really enjoyed working with me and learning more about my skills in our conversations. I guess the recruiters at Charlie Health are great at pattern recognition but maybe not the best at recruitment.

Interview
It was a pretty standard screen - the recruiter asked about my experience, what parts of recruitment I enjoy the most, challenges i’ve faced, accomplishments i’ve achieved. It was pretty straightforward
