I applied online. I interviewed at Charlie Health in Aug 2024
Interview
Had a first round interview with the Recruiter. Recruiter assessed me as a Senior and I mentioned I had applied to that role 4 months back. Recruiter mentioned it's an 'evergreen' role meaning it's consistently open for multiple positions. When I responded back to confirm the day when I could take the Ravens Assessment, Recruiter responded that they had candidates close to the final stages and would pause on moving me forward.
Why would Recruiter roles always be open? Is this a reflection of continuous attrition? If the role is always open then why pause on moving me forward? Why all the toxic culture reviews for a company who is supposed to be a solution to connect the world to life-saving mental health treatment, instead of breeding it internally? If they are manifesting negative Mental Health with employees internally, then how can they possibly be a solution for solving it externally? Too many credibility red flags. Caution Alert!
