Very well organized series of interviews with cross functional collaborators. Each person focused on their area and the company's core values. The recruiters did a great job of explaining who I would be talking to and next steps.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Checkr in Jun 2023
Interview
The interview process was 3 rounds -- a recruiter screen, a screen with the hiring manager, and the final round consisting of 5 interviews with various members of the team. All rounds were behavioral and digging into my experience as an engineering manager. The final round consisted of management, product, conflict resolution, and mentoring interviews, as well as a technical screen that was mostly around technical execution. Overall, the process was straightforward and clearly communicated, and the company appeared to have a good engineering culture, so I was disappointed when I didn't move forward after the final round.
