Interview process was straightforward with HR screening call. This call seemed very scripted like the HR recruiter was reading off a flashcard and left no room for a true conversation or human interaction. Red flag #1. I was then pushed forward to schedule a follow up with the hiring manager roughly a week later (albeit a 530 PM slot was the soonest). The call with the hiring manager was more so an interrogation with a barrage of questions and no feedback to the responses. It did not feel like an interview between two professionals. Red flag #2. It was rushed and I did not get a chance to ask all of my questions. Overall it felt like both the HR Recruiter and hiring manager did not have significant interviewing experience. I pushed for feedback on why I did not move to the next round and was given bizarre feedback about being inflexible about prioritization...
