Was all done over the phone I was hired sight unseen. They have alot of resturants and burn people out to fast. They do not drug test even for managers and they base everything off the assessment you have to take. Does not matter how good you are if the SQ+ dosent like you neither will they.

Interview
I didn't really interview. I worked my way up through the years. Sever/Bartender/Corporate Trainer. So my interview process was different than most. District Managers already knew me. The interview process in 2011 was pretty straight forward knowing everyone. Going from bar manager to kitchen manager there was not an interview. I had proved my ability to handle the kitchen in the opportunities I was given.
