I had a phone interview with 5 different people looking through 5 different accounting departments. Once it was determined I was to move forward, I had to write an essay, take an accounting test, and give 3 references. The references were not called till final round. I had a hour in person interview with two sets of two people. I was then brought in for a final interview with a VP.
