Two part accounting exam. If you did not pass then you did not move onto the next portion of the interview process. Test was straightforward and covered basic accounting principles, journal entries, and debits/credits.

I had a phone interview with 5 different people looking through 5 different accounting departments. Once it was determined I was to move forward, I had to write an essay, take an accounting test, and give 3 references. The references were not called till final round. I had a hour in person interview with two sets of two people. I was then brought in for a final interview with a VP.
