Interview
I went in for an open interview. I was there for two hours, talking with a hiring manager for 30 minutes and with the owner for an hour (30 minutes of twiddling my thumbs in between).
They didn't care so much about what I did or if I can do the work; what they cared about was WORK ETHIC and CHARACTER. So they never asked, "what did you do at your last job," instead they asked, "what did you like about your last job?" They also asked what I do in my spare time.
It was very casual, and not stressful at all. Be sure you mention any volunteer work or anything you do that helps paint a positive picture regarding work ethic and character.

The one question that somewhat tripped me up was, "what are your goals?" He did not want intangible goals like "be the best worker I can be," or "to provide financial stability."

They greeted me at one of the tables and asked me standard questions. Seemed very reasonable and knowledgeable. They asked me about past history and asked me questions about my background. Seem to care more about availability more than anything else.

i applied online and about a month later i got an email to confirm a phone interview. after confirming a day for the interview i did the call interview first then a few weeks later i was asked to do an in person interview
