The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chick-fil-A Corporate (Milwaukee, WI) in Feb 2023
Interview
They kept me waiting a bit longer than I had anticipated, but once we finally started, the interview went surprisingly well. It felt much more like a relaxed conversation rather than a formal interview, which made the whole experience feel natural and enjoyable. I really appreciate that kind of approach, as it helped ease any nervousness and allowed me to express myself more openly.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
While I don’t remember the exact questions, I do recall that they used the S.T.A.R (Situation, Task, Action, Result) format, which focuses on structured responses. For anyone preparing, I’d definitely recommend reviewing S.T.A.R questions and practicing responses in that format. It can be really helpful for organizing thoughts and making sure you cover all the key points in your answers.

Do it with a group and make sure to be the loudest and most positive one answering questions. They are checking to see if you can hold an upbeat conversation while also smiling.
Somewhat intrusive and wanted personal finance information for the management development program and franchise partnership. I really don't know what else to add but this system won't led me read a review without adding an exorbitant amount of information
