Applied online, received a brief phone screen, and then was asked to come in for an on site interview. I drove 40 minutes for the interview. When I arrived they did not know why I was there or the position I was interviewing for. They asked me to fill out a paper application, even though I completed the application online. The interviewer’s personal phone rang in the middle of my first answer and he answered it. Later into the interview he interrupts me and says another person will conduct the interview. This other person’s personal phone rang twice during the interview, it was very distracting. She later asks why I’m interested in a part time position. I pointed out that the application said full time. She said that was not available and ended the interview. It was the worst interview experience I’ve ever had. Waste of time and gas.
