Interview
Two interviews, The first one was with the store manager and it last like half hour and then there was a second interview at a different store. This second one was like 30 miles away, On the second interview the manager was so nice and approachable. I think both managers were very pleasant. And the process took a little time but it was worth it at the end.

The interview process itself was not too bad. The team was very welcoming and introduced to my the company the culture.
The questions themselves were straight forward, asking about my previous experience, what i currently do, and etc
Interview was 1:1 with the manager at store location. Included talk about why Chicos and how I would help being part of the team. Needed to be okay with not sitting during working hours and boss was insistent on there always was something to do during your shift.

Very nice, the assistant manager was the one that did the interview. There was basic interview questions about the interviewer and past experiences. They are pretty straight forward and the team is amazing they have good support from each other.
