I applied on line and was contacted for a phone interview the same day. The call was set up for a week later. When the associate called me, she could not find my resume and said she would find it later. She went on to ask what job I had applied for. I felt that she was not prepared for the interview. Also, she went on to say that All jobs at that level had been filled internally and only lower level jobs would be filled from outside. Overall a disappointing experience.
