Interview
I walked into Chico's and asked if they were hiring. They told me that they were and that I needed to apply online and take the online personality assessment. The day after applying, I called them to make sure that my application had gone through (I hadn't received a confirmation e-mail). During this phone call, the hiring manager asked me to come in for an interview in two days and to dress "Chico's-like". When I came in, I was led to the back office by the assistant manager and then was asked a few questions about my former positions. The whole interview process was generally light-hearted and we all joked around with each other quite a bit. They asked me questions about what I would do if I got a customer whose taste differed from mine and what could I contribute to the company.

The hiring manager did a bit of role playing with me where she pretended to be a customer that was buying clothes for a vacation. I was told to go out to the floor and pick out a full outfit, including accessories, and attempt to sell it to her.

Interview
The interview process itself was not too bad. The team was very welcoming and introduced to my the company the culture.
The questions themselves were straight forward, asking about my previous experience, what i currently do, and etc
Interview was 1:1 with the manager at store location. Included talk about why Chicos and how I would help being part of the team. Needed to be okay with not sitting during working hours and boss was insistent on there always was something to do during your shift.

Very nice, the assistant manager was the one that did the interview. There was basic interview questions about the interviewer and past experiences. They are pretty straight forward and the team is amazing they have good support from each other.
