Ridiculously long interview process: interview 1 - screened by 2 HR people. Interview 2 - interviewed by 8 people! 8! Was there almost a full day. So unreasonable to expect a working candidate to take an entire day off to be hounded by this many people. They wanted me to go back for a third time to meet with more people. So unnecessary! Way too many management in the mix and no overall person able to make a decision. Clearly a lack of communication between management and different divisions. Also they expect you to work very long hours. Sounds hectic. Read many comments about a severe lack of life/work balance which was evident. Beware.
