Interview
The interviewer, who was the store manager, described the job and asked a few questions, she hired me, but when I started the job, it was so different than what she said. Every day she asks for more and more with little pay. I ended up leaving the company.
Very Friendly when interviewing. The process was very simple. Asked normal interview questions, and then a few specific on the job. Interviewed by the store manager and the assistant store manager
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chico's FAS (Fresno, CA) in Mar 2021
Interview
It was an easy process that was clean and effective. Two interviews one with the store manager and one with the district manager both were polite. I highly suggest you doing the legwork and finding out more about the company before ever applying or interviewing.
