Received an email for a request to interview with the recruiter one day after applying. The initial phone interview went as expected; discussed my relationship with Jesus and where I'm at in my walk, discussed my professional skills and experience. Ended the interview with a prayer and was told that I will move on to a second interview with the hiring manager. After a week of waiting to hear back I emailed the recruiter to check in and never heard back...at all. They ghosted me. After that experience I will not be applying to Christian Care for future employment opportunities.
