Had an initial phone interview, which lead to an in-person interview with the HR director and two of the department leads. I also took a computer test for typing, problem solving, and a personality quiz.
Easy straightforward . I felt comfortable doing this interview. The interviewer was very knowledgeable and understanding. This is a Christian based ministry that I applied to. Interview questions were simple and straight to the point.
