Interview
I submitted an application through the company website in addition to an email to the intern director with a writing sample. She loved my writing sample and gave me a phone call which I thought was meant to indicate she would like to set up an interview with me at a later date. She offered me a position on the spot and followed up 4 months later with emails regarding the proper decorum, dress code and confidentiality agreement. Overall a very easy process. Work culture is professional with hierarchy very much evident. A little uppity on the whole.
