The interview was an absolute joke. The wet behind the ears hr girl scheduled an interview for a sales management role. However two minutes in to the interview she transitions to it being too late in the process to consider candidates for the job I was supposedly interviewing for and started talking about some churn em and burn em account manager role is actually why she wants to talk...the salary was less than half of the sales management role...an intended for people with minimal experience. She literally had to try and trick me in to interviewing to probably fill out her little personality test she sent me to hit her churn em and burn em quota.
