Great interview process. We did 3 rounds of interviews inside a week and half. Met with peers as well as the team leads to have a full understanding of the culture.
The interview steps were: 1. phone screen with HR, 2. virtual video interview with the Hiring Manager, 3. timed Excel assessment, and 4. virtual video interview with a Director. I received feedback in a timely manner from my recruiter and the interview process and approximate timelines were clearly explained to me. The Hiring Manager and Director asked behavioral and situational questions.

It was overall good, they asked about me and my expectations of the role, as well as behavioural questions, the hiring manager was cool. The whole process wasn't hard, so just be prepared and you should be good.
