Initial screening call with talent team (who are US based). Then first-round with the team member I would be replacing which went very well. Final round was task-based - asked to present to the initial interviewer and their line manager before answering some questions. I completed the presentation and answered the questions, told I would be given a decision within a week. After two weeks I contacted the talent team member who said I was top of the list and that I would hear in due course. Two months later, I've still heard nothing and I suspect they have taken my work/presentation and used it without hiring me.
