Poor interview experience from the Manager conducting the interview who focused more on justifying the poor salary offering as something worthwhile and who had little technical experience of the work involved and had not bothered to read the CV presented to him for the position. Disregarded the 20 plus years of experience in the telecomms field that I have in the industry.
